We offer 3 levels of service:
6% of the annual rent payable in advance: This incorporates fully accompanied viewings at all times, full reference checks, drawing up of tenancy agreement and lodging up of Deposit (into the Deposit Protection Service) and standing order set up between the tenant and yourself. We will personally check the tenants into the property.
We use an accredited referencing company that reference credit, banking, personal and professional checks, We also request a letter of reference from their employer, a letter from their current/previous landlord/letting agent, 3 months of bank statement also copies of passports and driving license.
8% of the annual rent payable monthly: All of the above services plus setting up of direct debit between tenant and ourselves with the rent sent directly to your bank by us and a monthly rental statement sent via email.
9% of the annual rent payable monthly: All of the above plus quarterly inspections of the property with subsequent report sent via email plus 24 hours management to deal with any problems with the property.
These will incur an additional fee.
Photographic Inventory and check in carried out by experienced independent Inventory Company.
Additional fee at check in paid by landlord, check out fee paid by the tenant.
Rent protection: We can offer rent protection guarantee for your property through a certified insurance company.
